customer’s selection in-store pickup will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up by the customer who placed the order or an authorized individual.

All sales are final. Sneaker Prowess does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Authenticity & Condition

All products sold by Sneaker Prowess are guaranteed to be authentic and are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment or in-store pickup. Due to the nature of limited releases, streetwear, and resale items, all purchases are final

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered. Resolution will be determined at the sole discretion of Sneaker Prowess
